…see the magnificent portuguese tiles, the “azulejos”, found on the interior and exterior of churches, palaces, and convents.

Visit the cellars, to make sure your wine is ready to be served…

..as you’ll have to entertain your friends back at your covent, now converted in a fabulous hotel. Tonight’s dinner is meaty, hearty and the wine must be perfect, as the Alentejo wines are recognized for;
