Jon has successfully reached the Algarve, riding from the UK!

Jon Dear, who left Worcester UK to ride up to the Algarve has just arrived, safe and sound, in Baldaia. During his ride, Jon was raising awareness for two charities, the Pituitary foundation and Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.

In Portugal, Jon rode from the Douro to Porto, where he was joineD by his mate Nick. They then rode by the coast line towards Aveiro, Peniche, Lisbon, Sines, Aljezur, climbed to Fóia ( top of the Algarve) and arrived at Balaia. He has just ended this journey on a high note: arriving safely to his family in the Algarve and helping donate £7,222 to both of these charities:
