Bike Tours in Portugal for Every Rider

Thank you for a truly wonderful cycling holiday in Alentejo. It really exceeded our expectations. André our tour guide was fantastic in his organisation, support and encouragement. It made a huge difference to the experience and enjoyment.

This being our second bike tour in Portugal with LLR first being the Douro Valley and presently finished the Azores bike tour , I can only say “awesome “ both bicycle trips over exceeded our expectations. Our guide extraordinaire, Alberto Botelho was outstanding in providing support and guidance for us , being the only two people on the ride he was able to adapt the ride to better enhance the tour with added spots and experienced information only a local resident would know! He provided excellent protection on the narrow roads and we always felt safe.He provided excellent high end , well maintained cycles for the ride which enhanced the tour. Would highly recommend this company on any of their rides they are dedicated to customer service and safe rides! Look forward to our next Portugal bike tour with LLR bike tour!

We just finished a fabulous biking trip in northern Portugal with Live Love Ride. Over five days we cycled (with E-bikes, although some in our group chose regular bikes) southwest along the Lima River to the Atlantic coast, then northwest along the Minho River. We had two guides from LLR, Sergio and Joaquim who were great–both with details, logistics and with providing good company. We went with friends from the US we’ve known for years and then had the good fortune to have in our cycling group 3 from Australia and a family of 5 from South Africa. We all got on tremendously well, rode as one group and had most of meals together. Meals–in hotels and local restaurants ranged from very good to excellent. And hotels, chosen by LLR were also very good. My wife and I moved to Lisbon a year ago and had not traveled this far north in Portugal until now and we love it. Hoping we return soon and also do another bike tour in Portugal with LLR.
