TOURING BIKE TOURS IN PORTUGAL

Thank you for a truly wonderful cycling holiday in Alentejo. It really exceeded our expectations. André our tour guide was fantastic in his organisation, support and encouragement. It made a huge difference to the experience and enjoyment.

We spent 6 days bike riding trip along the Minho river in Northern Portugal with Live Love Ride. They provided us with excellent bikes, great daily transportation to our luggage, booked our accomodations in great locations and recommended sightseeing and restaurants. All their advise were spot on, and the entire experience was fantastic. If you’d like to explore Portugal by bike – we highly recommend using Daniel and team for their services.

We have about 8 couples that routinely do bike tours in Europe. So far this was the best. The majority of us did e-bike, some for the first time, and it was a great experience. Andre, Joaquin, Oscar were fantastic bike guides. Daniel is the wizard behind the screen so to speak, herding all of us, finding restaurants, supporting our ride, and providing historical insight. Some of us became a bit weary of all of the cod/meat. If I did the trip again, I would order more soup/salad & if I ordered a meat dish, I would share. A great add-on would be a visit to a place where olives are processed. They do have a less physically aggressive family trip along the Douro. I would like to return for that to have more time to explore on my own. I highly recommend this bike tour company in Portugal.
